Unauthorized tracking, surveillance, harassment, or misuse of the product is prohibited.

3. Location & Tracking Disclaimer

Track Pak Plus uses GPS-based location technology together with supported finding networks and compatible services.

Location availability, accuracy, and update frequency may vary depending on environmental conditions, compatible devices, network availability, third-party services, and other factors.

Track Pak Plus does not guarantee continuous tracking, exact location accuracy, theft prevention, theft recovery, or recovery of any vehicle or asset.

4. No SIM & No Monthly Subscription

The Track Pak Plus device does not require a traditional SIM card or a monthly tracking subscription for the device itself.

Third-party platforms and services may have their own terms, limitations, changes, or charges.

5. Battery Life

The advertised 1+ year battery life is an estimate and may vary depending on usage, environment, settings, and other conditions.

6. Orders, Payments & Delivery

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. Prices, offers, specifications, and product information may be changed or corrected where necessary.

Delivery times may vary due to courier services, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been delivered.

Track Pak Plus products are sold without a manufacturer or seller warranty, unless a specific warranty is expressly provided in writing at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information and compatibility before placing an order.

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photos or video. Any resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

8. Third-Party Services

Apple Find My, Google Find Hub, and other third-party platforms are independently operated services.

Track Pak Plus does not control and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, changes, interruptions, or limitations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Track Pak Plus is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of the product, failure to obtain a location update, network or third-party service limitations, theft or loss of an asset, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
